Why take a dive in the native country?

A great experience

Speaking from the experience of many years with children who have decided to move to countries to learn a language, I must admit that is the best way to assimilate the language, although it depends on the age and the ease of everyone, at all immersion cases involved such courses is a quantum leap, I would say that unattainable by other methods.

As we all know, at an early age it is much easier to assimilate any language is even shown that the brain of a child using two languages develop differently, leading to a greater number of neuronal interactions, something that greatly help the child in adulthood.

Apart from the scientific, I have found that immersion in an environment of native speech is throwing the child to break down barriers, which makes sense considering that we all need to communicate and the need to do to get “the basics” is what that stimulates with basic I mean ordering food when they are hungry, to socialize through play with children of their environment, etc

Because of this “necessity” I have come to see how children who did not say a word in the native language, in two weeks they are able to express all their needs, I am not able to explain how and probably the child will not be either, just it happens naturally.

Clearly, this kind of dives are not as “comfortable” and expensive as other options (study, schools …) but the results, believe me, they do not have anything to do.

It should be added that the experience is not forgotten, today and whether past, who does not remember that summer …? .and Is that aspect is also important, I have teenagers who still remember me his first summer in the family.

The first experience abroad should be good, this is critical since it depends on the child wants to repeat similar experiences and over time will affect their ability to thrive in an increasingly globalized world. And … it is in this aspect that I personally came into play, if there is anything that characterizes us is that neither we nor want to be a “lucrative business” and this allows us to be close to the child, and close I mean be there physically with him, my role becomes that of a “fairy godmother” to ensure that no child, either by a family that has not conceded, either by difficulties in lectures or for any other reason would pass evil.

At these times and unlike other guild mates, the last option I ask myself is “send back”, what I do is try to solve the problem at the source with a very comprehensive supervision until I see that all goes well !.

I think ultimately that these experiences are to be jointly between parents and organization, here we do not impose a block of standard rules as each child / family is different and believe that only from the set task they can get the best results.

80% of the English language is learned by speaking and hearing and 20% studying.
